This song brings a potent and direct message during these times on our planet to remember to turn down all of the internal and external distractions that are keeping us from knowing ourselves as God, keeping us perpetuating suffering, and keeping us in separation. By placing our head below our hearts and surrendering the mind down to Mother Earth, we allow ourselves to empty our cup, and thus we are able to be filled up by Spirit and know that we are always in union, even if we have turned away. We remember we can turn back inward and connect in any present moment.
